Description:
Outdoor onyx stone laminated glass is comprised of low iron or float glass (Tempered) laminated with thin stoe middle layer through Baclit Organic interlayer. Combination of Baclit Organic interlayer's 380nm UV cutoff with Edgeplus seal of stone glass laminate edge make thin stone laminate glass more humidity resistant and UV stable. These two features are very important for outdoor enviroment application. Depending on the outdoor application conditon, if impact resistance is further needed to be improved, Impactplus interlayer can be incorperated therein.

Baclitstone glass is tested according to the following standard:
1. Boiling Test
2. Pummel Test After Two Hours Boiling
3. Four point support Test
4. Pummel Test After 140 Celcius Degree Baking Two Hours
5. Natural UV Radiation Test
6. 85 celcius degree, 85% humidity 1500 hours
6. Test Condition : -40 celcius Degree 15 days
