Metal coated polymer mesh fabric is sandwiched between heat strengthened laminated glass, it combine the metl high luster of metal coated polymer mesh fabric with stiffness and impact resistance of heat strengthened glass. Interlayer such as PVB, EVA, TPU or Sentryglas can be used to lamiante metal coated mesh fabric with glass. The metal coated polymer mesh fabric is compatible with these interlayer. different privacy level can be available with transmittance light between 25-60%.

Internal Test: We have tested SGP glass laminate with metal coated polymer fabric according to the following standard:
1. Two hour Boiling Test
2. Pummel Test
3.-40 celcius Degree 360 hours
4. 85 celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours
5. 150 celcius degree baking 2 hours
6.85 celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celcius degree 2 hours, total 10 cycles
7. UV Radiation 2000 hours
